If you’ve ever been to a webmaster’s forum you’ll notice that there are a lot of people selling domain names at incredibly outrageous prices, and the funny thing is that people buy the domains. The reason of this is because the domain that someone bought yesterday for $10 dollars, might be worth $30 dollars today if the owner added some good articles and a nice premade layout.
If you want to make a quick cash you need to find some good domain names (make them up) try finding something that is being talked about a lot lately, for example www.chinaearthquake.com and then find a good premade layout for the website.
Since you’ve now got the domain and the layout, all you need to do now is write about two 350 word articles and add them to your new site, once that is done you can submit the site to Google and let Google start crawling your site.
Furthermore, Now that you’ve got your site indexed by Google you need to start to advertise that your domain is on sale. If you bought a really good domain name then it will be easy to sell, if not then that’s what the articles and the premade layouts are for, to make your site look more appealing to your buyer.
You should not try to oversell your domain, if you want to sell to the highest bidder then just make a sales page on the forum thread that you made and start an auction, always remember to start low at about $5 dollars and up the price by $1 dollar a bid. Like I said before, if you’ve got a good domain name it will sell like hot pancakes.
Note that in order for this method to work you do need to spend money, you will need some money for the domain, usually $10 dollars and you will need a host. If you buy the domain through Godaddy you will get free hosting with them, but if you go to most hosts now a days, they will charge you. Something else you can do if you plan to do this often, is to open a Hostgator account and go for the Unlimited domains plan which lets you host as many domains as you want for a very low price of $7.95 a month.
Here are some places where you can get layouts for your domain.

Let’s say that I just did what you told me and somehow someone wants to buy my domain. How could I transfer it on him/her?

Once the person pays you, you simply give them the login password and basically all the info. Make sure that you proof that you gave the domain to the person or else the person can draw charge backs from paypal and you can end up loosing your domain.

Yes, but only when the person pays first, and try to sell someone with a good reputation around a forum otherwise you risk getting scammed.

It’s fairy easy to google some of the similar websites out. However, here at Germz we try to sift through information gathered from all over the web and present it in a way that is concise and clear to follow. So keep p with Germz, as there is lots more to come.
