1) the links are relevant to one another (i.e. disc jockey in Pennsylania links to DJ in California---and vice versa)

2) neither of the pages (mine or the link partner) are involved in spam, bad neighborhoods, or black hat SEO.

I have a link exchange with a PR5 site that is about DJs, photography, and videography (wedding vendor services), and the site gives me about several hundred high-quality RELEVANT links to my site).</description>
