Don’t let the name confuse you. It’s not “Soulja boy tell them” but rather T-pain Tell them.
I just heard this song online and it’s hot! You got to listen to it. The song comes from the soon to be released T-pain album thr33 rings, and yes that’s an “E” that was replaced by a “3″ I guess rappers have now decided to use chatspeak on their albums 
.
T-pain’s album thr33 rings will be released next month, september 30th 2008 to be exact. The album is gonna be great so when it comes out go out and buy it.
Note that the album should not be listened to by kids, as it starts with an unexpected sentence.
