In a world where workers waste company bandwidth by playing MRPG games such as World of Warcraft, and browser based games from websites such as Addictinggames.com, we have come so low that we now visit blogs just to procrastinate.

We have come so low that we don’t care anymore if a website is about making money online niche, yet it often talks about food just because the owner has nothing to write about for the day?

Don’t take it the wrong way, I don’t have a problem about being a procrastinator as I’m a procrastinator myself. The last 3 school projects that I’ve had to complete, I’ve done the last day before it was due, even though the projects are usually given out 30 days before they are due.

Nor do I have a problem about the owner writing about his food, it just makes me think about what kind of marketing John Chow is doing to keep his readers there. Or maybe it could be that once you get famous enough like John, you get to do whatever you want and you will still get readers (gosh I wish my blog was as famous as John Chow’s then I could stop and take pics of the pancakes I ate for dinner).

My guess is that John chow has this weird yet effective method of getting readers by writing about the steak he ate for dinner with his family at a 5 star restaurant… Maybe people who are online often get hungry easily and thereby are attracted to websites that write about food. If that’s so, then I will have to start writing about food myself.

Finally, like I said before I have no problem about John writing about his food, I find it very creative and I see it as great Marketing Strategy.
Good job John, you have successfully gotten another subscriber to your feedburner account.
