The Million Dollar Ebook
The Million Dollar Ebook
“Hi! I wrote an e-book to make you rich in 24 hours! Give me $50 and it’s yours!”, does that sound familiar? Would you actually buy the e-book?
If your answers to those questions were Yes, then I suggest you keep on reading.
So today, A few minutes after publishing my last article of the SEO Tutorial Series I wrote, I received an e-mail from a person telling me that they had bought an e-book a month before, and they told me that they payed $45 dollars for it. It said that the E-book that he bought had less content about SEO than my free SEO Tutorial Series. He said the only good thing about the e-book were some programs that came with it, that you can get free online and a Wordpress layout that came with the e-book as well. I asked him what the e-book’s name was but he refused to give me the name.
After reading his e-mail, I started researching the E-book industry I have found out that most of the E-books online are scams, or they do not work at all.
I am not going to post any specific E-book names because I could get sued for making a company loose money by making bad reviews about their e-books, But if you really want to see some scammy e-books then google “SEO e-book tutorial” or “Learn Visual Basic E-book” and you will see the same thing on almost all the pages that you visit. There are ways to recognize a scamer E-book seller from an actual good E-book seller and this method has worked for me countless times. You have to look for the following in an E-book page in order to recognize it.
- Look for a “Limited Time Offer!” in the E-book page. If you have not noticed most of these E-book sellers always happen to have a Limited Time Offer going on. And the funny thing is, that they tell you if you buy their E-book before the $50 dollar offer ends then you’ll save $150 dollars or more! And if you go a week after you bought the E-book, the price will be the same and the same “Limited Time Offer” will be still be up.
- All those E-book sites have the same damn layout. It’s a table on top of a background and on that table they add the content. 99.9% of all the E-book sites I have visited have the same layout style, the only thing they change is their images.
- Look for a “Yes I want (insert e-book here)! Give it to me now (insert sellers name here)!” Like I said before, all these sites have the same layout and 99.9% of these sites have that stupid sentence on their footer. Usually, the sentence is placed on an image that looks like a note from a notebook.
I will explain the reason of my logic by using a completely fictional example.
Say you are walking down the street and you find a tree, and when look at that tree you noticed that it has $100 dollar bills hanging down its branches. What do you do? do you hide the money and the tree that you found? Or do you give it away to the public, risking your money to decrease in value by having more dollars than the US Economy can afford to have.
It’s the same thing with Get Rich Quick schemes or almost every E-book that guarantees you make money online. If you find something that generates you money, you won’t just give it away. You’ll keep it to yourself and keep the secret hidden and don’t let anyone find out about it.
Do you think the Giant Corporate Companies give their secrets away just for the favor of humanity? No! They don’t tell anyone and they keep making money, because they know if they tell others their sales will reduce.
Now that you know how to find the scammers from the real sellers, hopefully you won’t be scammed out of your hard earned money.

They make the money selling the ebook and not using what’s in the ebook.
By making a lot on the ebook they can tell other people they can do the same only for them to find out the market is already too saturated.
Information is available free in forums and on many websites. Forums are much better than ebooks. You can’t ask an ebook a tricky question can you?
Exactly. The funny thing is, is that all the e-book sellers have the same layout and they don’t even bother changing it.
The other thing I hate is the fact that they always say that there is a discount when there has been a discount ever since they started selling the e-book.
You’re right man! So many times I have read through the ebooks of the “super marketers” and only to find out it was all leading up to me turning around to sell the ebook to others.
I HATE THAT CRAP MAN!
I do believe there are some good ones out there, but man, I hate the business plan that focuses on selling the ebook that you just read, honestly, what do you learn from that?
It’s no different that those pyramid/MLM schemes, they don’t make money from what’s inside, they make money selling access to the scheme!
keep it up
