What is the demographic of that site? By the link you have, I might guess that it's a teen business forum? If so then you should get Adsense or Yahoo Publisher Network. They pay you on a CPC and CPM basis, so you will have both. YPN, is currently only for US members, with US visitors... but Adsense is open for everyone to use, I would personally recommend you use YPN since I use it, but I would recommend Adsense if they had not banned me before.
