SEO Tutorial Part-1
Introduction
Are you tired of having your website only get 2 visits a day? And not even get one sign up from the people that viewed your site?! Then I suggest you keep on reading.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. You need SEO in order for your site to improve the amount and quality of traffic it gets. In order to do SEO you need to follow very careful steps and try to make as little mistakes as possible.

The reason SEO is very important is because without it your site would get very little traffic, or no traffic at all. There are many things you can do to improve the SEO in your site and I will list all the ones known to me, in the order that is recommended.

The Giant Monster Story (Introduction to SEO from a children’s story)
I view Google as a Giant Monster, this Giant monster acts like a child, and has no idea what to do, he just sits on his cave and kills other Giants (Search Engines) such as the Giant “Yahoopitolutus” wich he has fought many times and won.

Not vey often, the Giant Monster Googleoctus (Google) leaves his cave and goes and looks for toys to play with (Web sites), When Googleoctus finds a store he likes, he first has to ask the owner of the store if he is allowed there (robots.txt) if the owner allows Googleoctus to come in to the store, Googleoctus rapidly starts looking for toys if the owner does not let him go in to the store, then he leaves and goes to another store and looks for another toy. If the owner of the store does allow Googleoctus in then he rapidly finds toys, and when he finds one he looks at the toy’s description because Googleoctus does not like to play with dangerous toys (warez sites, porn sites). When Googleoctus reads the toys descriptions he looks at what the toy is about (The meta information) if he really likes the toy then he buys it and then looks for more information about the toy, so he looks in the back of the box of the toy and he finds more toys of the same brand (sitemap) when he finds toys of the same brand he looks for them and buys them, after Googleoctus buys the toys, he takes the toys home and puts them on a shelve (index the web sites), Googleoctus likes to put his toys on the shelve because when he is bored, which is not very often, Googleoctus likes to rank his toys from 1 to 10 (Pagerank), he ranks the toys according to how many people have the same toy (backlinks) and how original the toys are (originality) when he ranks the toys he likes to leave them in the shelve.

Sometimes the Owner of the Store (webmaster, or administrator) of the toys where Googleoctus buys toys decides to pay a visit to Googleoctus and asks him how his toys are doing, (Google webmaster tools) so Googleoctus takes out a list and makes him fill out a form, Googleoctus does this because he has so many toys that he needs to verify that the toy truly belongs to the Owner of the Store, so once Googleoctus verifies that the Owner of the Store truly made the toy, he tells the Owner of the Store how his toys are doing, Googleoctus even shows the Owner of the Store all the other toys he bought from his Store(Sitemap Report from the Google Webmaster Tools) Googleoctus even tells the Owner of the Store the problems he had with the toys (Error report from the Google Webmaster tools), once the Owner of the Store makes sure his toys are ok, he leaves and thanks Googleoctus, the Owner of the Store goes to Googleoctus because he wants to make sure his toys are working at their best.

Very often, The Giant monster likes to feed off the money he makes from his slaves, the “Adsensicolosus” (adsense buyers and adsense publishers), the Adsensicolosus are people who feed the slave because they are under an impression that the Giant monster is good and they don’t realize the Giant monster is slowly taking over the world by censoring which toys are allowed to be sold in stores. Sometimes it is said that the Adsensilosus are under a spell from the dark wizards, Larry Pagedarmofus, and Sergey Brinamofulos, the famous masters of Googleoctus, the reason people say that the dark wizards are taking over the world, is because they have started censoring toys in the amazing Asian country, China, and no one has done anything about it because the wizards are too powerful.

The wizards, owners of Googleoctus sometimes make pacts with the Adsensilosus, the wizards tell the Adsensilosus that they will give them fame, if the Adsensilosus pay the wizards a lot of money, once the Adsensilosus pay the wizards, they are rewarded and are given fame (Adwords).

The fame the wizards give the Adsensilosus does not last long, and often the Adsensilosus realize that they have given more money than they have gained, and often the adsensilosus end up broke, and have to sell their toys in order to survive.

As you have read in the story, I explained how SEO works, and how Google views it, and how it analyzes it. I hope you liked it and it cleared up things for you as I tryed to be very clear while writing the article. Next time, probably tomorrow or later on in the day I will be writing another article where I will be more specific and go into more detail into SEO details.
